Medicare Supplement Plan K
Plan K: cost-sharing with a yearly limit.
Plan K pays 50% of most costs that other plans pay in full, in exchange for a lower premium. Once your out-of-pocket spending on Medicare-covered services reaches the yearly limit — $7,660 in 2026 — Plan K pays 100% for the rest of the calendar year. It does not cover the Part B deductible or excess charges.
